Subscribe to download Updated all mod coding to be compatible with Stellaris 2.7. This means that NSC2 should be at the bottom of your mod list, with the only mods under it being those that must not been updated with current NSC compatibility or you're using an outdated comp patch for a shipset mod and NSC.
